from iii: This is a side project i worked on for a little over a month with a few intentions.......I owe my roomate about nine hundred dollars, and he's not only my roomate he's my best friend, which makes the plot thicken when owing money......I came up with the idea to make 500 copies of this cd and charge 5 bucks and pay him back in full......i was drunk when i came up with the idea, and i was drunk when i recorded the first song "i have cold"...so i thought it would only be right to record the rest of the album in the same mind state. Basically this cd is me coming home everynight from the bars, and making diary entries.....i study people, and i study the intentions and reasoning behind people, attempting to understand how they work as a whole....in this journey, i started studying myself as well, and finding faults and habits, some of which were good, some which wernt. The basic conclusions that i started coming across, were the majority of people put on a show everynight, and are terrified of showing/talking to anyone about some of their beliefs....i was just as guilty. I started noticing i lied a lot when i was drunk....not anything that was really harfull to anyone..but stupid shit, like how old i was, haha, or what i did for a living....again just stupid shit.....so with the EP i took the oportunity to just put everything out on the table...how i feel about people/friends/myself/family and constructed the songs around those defining attributes to my life......so this is for Jeff my friend, and the ME, please support and enjoy The ME. released June 3rd, 2006 11 tracks
